The MHS Greenhouse is the centerpiece of sustainability education at Montpelier High School. Biology students grow salad greens that are served in the school’s cafeteria. Environmental Applications students start a variety of plants in the greenhouse which are then transplanted to garden beds surrounding the greenhouse.
